Don't you wish you had control on things sometimes?
I mean, who doesn't want to be in control of something in some situations? Like for example, our dear principal who THINKS whatever he's doing is the best for us? Don't you wish you could be the one standing up at the assembly area, firing criticisms at him till he does not know what to say? Or debating with your parents the right to not ground you/scold you/punish you? I'm sure we do at some point in our lives, whether it happens often or ocassionally.
Never mind the angry post. I'm sad. :( Doesn't know why anyway. Mood swings. Maybe? External influences? Probably? I have no idea.
Anyway I was feeling bored from catching stupid mice on Facebook and I decided to read on my horoscope sign. The personality of Pisces. Let me show you.
Fish appear to be individuals, but have you ever seen a school of them swimming together? They act as one. Each is part of a greater whole. And you Pisces Fish are more aware of your interdependency than any other sign. It's as if Pisces live in an ocean and the spirit that flows through you is like the one ocean that flows through all fishes. The symbol of the Fish is also the symbol of Christianity, the predominant religion during the past two thousand years -- also known to astrologers as the "Age of Pisces."
Pisces are spiritual in nature and emotional in expression. Pisces intuition and imagination are at once Pisces strengths and weakness. Pisces are attracted to the mystical side of things, and herein lay potential danger, for when pulled beneath the currents of everyday life, the realms of imagination and the subconscious offer little structure. Without the foundation of reality, it becomes easy to flounder and to lose direction. Pisces own salvation, however, can come from helping others less fortunate that yourself, especially those who have fallen into the misty realms of drugs, alcohol or spiritual confusion.
The Pisces motto might be "Reality is just a shared illusion," and, in a higher sense this may be true. Nevertheless, you still need to survive in this "shared illusion" of reality, and sometimes this becomes a struggle for you compassionate Fish, who can feel the pain of the world as if it were your own. There's no easy escape for you. Your best path is to follow a creative or spiritual pursuit while doing your work in the real world.
I roughly understand them, though I think I'll miss out some details because it's so profound. I like reading things like these cause it allows me to know myself better. Plus they are generally true. Like..
"Pisces are often scatterbrains. They don't do well in highly structured or regimented situations and generally buck convention. Pisces can be so emotional, needy and intense that they can end up being a real drag to people around them."
Rather true. Especially the last part :X That's why I hate myself sometimes. I'm an escapist too, you know.
"Pisces are easily lied to because they so want to believe. No matter how often they are led astray by empty promises, they keep the faith and push on toward their personal ideal. Their dreamy and impractical natures can be a source of distress to those close to them. Being both optimistic and cynical, Pisces find it difficult to make up their minds on any issue."
I'm an easy target for con-mans.
"When Pisces feel rejected or get the blues, they REALLY get the blues. Pisces are easily lured to drugs or alcohol for escape or distraction. Pisces should avoid this for obvious reasons, but particularly because of their highly addictive, compulsive nature. Pisces can easily develop a variety of vice habits including excessive gambling, compulsive shopping, and overspending."
Yeah I've thought about drinking alcohol when I'm seriously, fucking depressed. Pardon me on the vulgarities. Excessive gambling, not really. I lost my mood for gambling from this year's CNY. Compulsive shopping and overspending is a big YES. Give me $100 and I'll spend $99 dollars and leave a one dollar coin in my wallet to make myself feel less guilty for overspending.
Well I guess that's it for today. If you want more you can always google it. I'm sure you know. Plus I need to go sleep already. I promised someone I'll sleep early okay! And now it's almost 1am already ><.
Lights out.
