Greet guest
Ask for identification
Double check room type with features of room with customer and performing upselling
Let guest verify registration form
Ask for mode of gurantee
Issue room key

Guest wants to checks out
Ask for room key
Confirm that number ____ is their room
Ask if there are additional charges.
Print invoice out
While printing invoice out, ask for guest feedback
Verify that invoice is correct
Offer help for their "luggages" and offer to book a taxi for them.
Guest checks out.

We will be drawing lots to see which situation we get. Depending on the situation, additional steps will be required.

Our invigilators will be our teachers in charge for the module itself. So I got our form teacher who is a really crafty teacher and a really good actor. Make a mistake and she'll slaughter you from there >.>
