My phase test was alright. Just that I could have done it better.

My situation was double check in.

Basically it's you checked your guest into this room and your guest found out that there is someone else inside the room. Your guest will be in rage mode and comes down to the counter, throws key at you and swear on and on.

I didn't get a mode of gurantee from my guest -.-

I said too many okays.

I didn't apologise FIRST to the guest THEN offer solution.

I should not be saying "Please wait for a moment" when I need the guest to give me some time to so called check for information in the system.

I OFFERED to escort the guest personally to the room when it is a MUST to escort the guest to the room personally.
